Some Positive Feedback From Readers

 Hello There!

Author's self-portrait, a reflection, taken in Germany. If you know a little about that country, or may I say an obsessive amount about it, you might be able to figure out where this was taken. Hint: it's an elevator at a very famous spot that jibes with some of my other interests.

I haven't maintained this particular blog much because I routinely share my investing thoughts on Seeking Alpha. I've been contributing there, off and on, since 2014.

I am fortunate enough to have thousands of terrific followers on SA, many of whom no doubt are more knowledgeable about investing than me. We have a great community there of mutual support and respect. Learning from each other is how the world gets better.

I think it would be a conflict of interest to share my investing thoughts in two places, so I don't post much on this blog anymore (though I do on my many other, non-finance-related pages on Filminspector.com that you may find interesting).

I read every comment to my SA articles and try to respond to all of them. It's so important to get feedback and answer questions, and I appreciate every comment very much.

I don't want your random visit here to be purposeless, so I decided to add this page for your amusement. Thanks for visiting, always!

So, in a grand display of pure and unadulterated egomania, I'm going to post a few positive comments about my work on SA made by readers. I've written over 150 articles there over the years, these comments just happen to be from the most recent articles as I write this. Note, I am not posting any of the negative comments, you'll just have to go there and find them yourself!

Herewith, some very kind comments about my work:

"Love ABR! Thank you for the great article and all you bring to us small investors!" - Arbor Realty: The Money Train Barrels Forward, August 1, 2021.

"@James Bjorkman I enjoy reading your articles. Thank you for sharing them with us on SA!!" - STAG's Great Second Quarter Earnings Lift It Higher, July 29, 2021.

"Very nice article James. SA needs a lot more articles that does some real analysis and provides a good perspective of the companies performance over time with commentary for the right portfolio it fits in. Too many articles are just a repeat of what the company puts out on the website." Omega Healthcare Investors Sails A Steady But Unspectacular Course, July 26, 2021.

"Terrific article - thanks for providing it! I own many REITs (ESS, AVB, AMT, CCI, DLR, STOR, FRT, MPW, ARE) but no industrial yet. I would definitely be a buyer of PLD on a pullback, given your observations."Prologis Remains On Track After Solid Q2 Earnings, July 20, 2021.

"Well written article @James Bjorkman, which I enjoyed reading. I'm going to put FRT on my watch list and see if a better entry point emerges down the road."Federal Realty Investment Trust: The Most Unloved King, July 11, 2021.

"Nicely written analysis. Even at the current level ($26), you convinced me to start a position in the stock. I can certainly live with a 7% yield even if it remains static." - Starwood Property Trust Gives You Yield And Growth, July 5, 2021.

Thank you very much for the excellent analysis, very useful and pleasant in reading. Long MAIN! Greetings from Italy." - Main Street Capital Is A Top Monthly Payer With Upside, June 13, 2021.

this Is a very good, helpful article! Please keep us updated on monthly payers in Canada, And elsewhere.
Many thanksMy Top Ten Canadian Monthly Payers, June 01, 2021.

Thank you for this excellent article. I clicked the follow button. - My Top Ten Monthly Dividend Payers, May 19, 2021.

Thank you James Bjorkman for your analysis and perspective. - Merger With Vereit Strengthens Realty Income, May 10, 2021.

Okay, I could go on. However, now I'm feeling like I do after I have too many Slurpees at 7-11. That sugar rush is powerful!

In all seriousness, I greatly appreciate all the kind comments.  All I want to do is help investors make their own decisions about where to invest their hard-earned funds. As any author worth his or her salt will tell you, getting an honest and genuine reaction from readers is the name of the game.

So, every positive comment is a win - and every negative comment is a win, too, because at least the reader was stirred enough to share their thoughts. But I don't mean to upset you! And I learn from reader comments all the time, both the positive and the negative ones.

So, to everyone - thank you for reading and commenting!
